Managing the disease requires equipment, decision support and a safe infrastructure in the hospital. It is aimed to collect and store the parameters related to the diseases of obese and diabetic patients who apply to the hospital in a healthy way, especially the podological data, to guide health policies, to use them in scientific research and to maintain them safely, in line with the principles of protection of personal data and ethical principles.

It is aimed to create a secure and redundant system needed to ensure business continuity with the server and data storage platform where the data to be collected through the software application to be created will be kept.
